Prerequisites

1. MID Server installed and working
2. Set All Application Access for tables: question_choice, sc_cat_item and item_option_new:
   1. Go to System Definition > Tables > sc_cat_item
   2. Go to Application Access
   3. For All application scopes, make sure Can read, Can create, Can update, and Can delete are checked
   4. Repeat Step 2 and Step 3 for the table item_option_new
3. The username logged into ServiceNow needs to match their vRA username (including the domain) - Unless SovLabs ‘User Mapping’ is configured.
4. If you want to perform Day2 actions on any CI other than a Deployment, have the SovLabs ServiceNow CMDB module installed and configured
