User Mapping

User Mapping Wizard

In the event the User account names in ServiceNow do not match the user accounts names in the vRA Tenant, a User Mapping wizard has been provided to link Users to the correct accounts between ServiceNow and vRA. To configure follow the steps below.

1. Login to ServiceNow
2. Go to SovLabs > User Mappings
3. Select New

4. Look up desired account name in ServiceNow

5. Fill out valid vRA Tenant and vRA User than hit Submit.

Note: At this time accounts must be mapped 1 to 1. You can choose either local or domain accounts in vRA as long as they exist as a user on the specified vRA Tenant.
